The toy is fine, however the seller is NOT. I ordered two lap tops and needed to return one. I have emailed and called because THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER. After two weeks, I still have not received a response. They also have a policy that items cannot be returned after thirty days. . . no wonder they take their time responding.
