I got this for my (then) 18 month old daughter. She flipped through a few of the pages, pressed a few buttons and then lost interest. She's now 2 years old and still doesn't really play with this. At first she wanted to press the letters themselves to hear the sounds/songs and not the button above it. If I sit down with her and talk about the letter & sounds she sits and pays attention.
